Hansen and Turner are the creators of The Be Smart Girls™ Brand and founders of
Hansen Turner Solutions, LLC (www.hansenturner.com). Their purpose is to help
solopreneurs and small business owners manage their time and reduce the feeling of
being overwhelmed. They teach techniques on how to get the tough tasks done, stop
procrastination and the importance of scheduling time for you, your family and friends.
Hansen and Turner founded the Be Smart Girls™ brand in 2005 in response to
overwhelming requests from clients to share their knowledge in book form. This fall
they will be releasing their award winning book Organize your Office and Manage your
Time the first in a series of Be Smart Girls™ Guides.
In 2004 this dynamic duo teamed up and founded the successful corporation Hansen
Turner Solutions, LLC. Hansen was the VP of Operations for a global manufacturing
company, establishing organizational systems throughout America, Europe and China.
Tuner worked for the U.S. State Department at the American Consulate in Australia,
creating and implementing passport and immigrant visa protocol and procedures.
Hansen and Turner are passionate about teaching women how to succeed in
business and life. They have been featured on NBC , teach seminars, head discussion
panels, and have created The Multi-Faceted Woman Seminar held quarterly in San
Diego, California featuring experts in their fields discussing; Wardrobe, Meal Planning,
Health, Goal Setting and Self Defense.
Hansen and Turner practice what they teach and have incorporated a “work-life”
balance program within their company consisting of exercise, retreats, motivational
seminars and team building exercises. If you would like to model your company after

Hansen and Turner donate their time to organizations such as: St. Vincent de Paul,
YMCA, Polinsky Center and are very proud of their Make-Over Project at the It’s All About
the Kids Foundation.
Personal
Dhawn resides in San Diego, California with her fiancé, Jeff. They are avid travelers,
enjoying scuba diving in such places as the Great Barrier Reef and Cozumel. Dhawn is
the proud aunt of her niece (a Smart Girl in training) and three wonderful nephews.
Tracey also resides in San Diego, California with her husband, David, and prefers to
see the sights on land exploring Japan, Indonesia, and Thailand. Tracey adores her two
little Mal-Shi puppies; Sydney and Paxton.
